Here is how we work

1

Initial meeting

We’ll meet with you at your property to discuss your vision, understand your budget, and explore your expectations in detail. This site visit allows us to assess the landscape, consider the natural surroundings, and identify both the challenges and opportunities that will shape a thoughtful, tailored design response.

2

Design concept

After our initial meeting, we begin shaping your vision into a refined design concept. We’ll present detailed plans that bring together the creative direction, spatial layout, and key design elements of your landscape. This includes recommendations for plant selections, materials, and structural features. We’ll fine-tune the details together, ensuring every element aligns with your expectations.

3

Pricing

We will provide a transparent, detailed and itemised estimate or a fixed-price quote based on the scope of the work, as this will help you make an informed decision. It will include the cost of designs and plans if required, as well as the itemised cost of construction.

4

Accept and pay the deposit

When you are happy with our proposal, we will send you a deposit invoice and schedule your job.

5

Project management and construction

Not only do we specialise in high-end landscape construction, but we also provide expert project management and clear ongoing communication during all aspects of your
build.

6

Maintenance

As an additional service, we can provide ongoing maintenance to keep your garden looking as good as it was the day it was installed.

FAQs

We offer a range of materials depending on your preferences, including cost effective treated pine, or a range of long lasting hard-woods such as Kwila, Vitex, Garapa and Puple Heart. We also offer eco-friendly options such as recycled composite decking.

Yes! We specialise in designing decks for all spaces, from small courtyards to expansive backyard areas, maximising your outdoor living space.

We offer fascia or picture framing, integrated planter boxes, steps, integrated seating, and surface lighting. We can also stain or paint your deck if you prefer to extend its lifespan, rather than the traditional silvering off.

This can vary greatly depending on the materials used in construction, the amount of weathering the deck will be exposed to, and the maintenance of the deck. Typically, a treated pine deck can last 10-15 years, but with regular maintenance such as staining this can improve the life. Hardwood decks are generally more expensive to install being higher quality and timber, but generally these can last up to 30 years or more, making these a more cost-efficient option over time.

Yes, we can! Depending on the quality of the existing subframe, we are generally able to re-lay decking surfaces with ease, or if required can repair and strengthen subframes where they have failed.
