Here is how we work

1

Initial meeting

We’ll meet with you at your property to discuss your vision, understand your budget, and explore your expectations in detail. This site visit allows us to assess the landscape, consider the natural surroundings, and identify both the challenges and opportunities that will shape a thoughtful, tailored design response.

2

Design concept

After our initial meeting, we begin shaping your vision into a refined design concept. We’ll present detailed plans that bring together the creative direction, spatial layout, and key design elements of your landscape. This includes recommendations for plant selections, materials, and structural features. We’ll fine-tune the details together, ensuring every element aligns with your expectations.

3

Pricing

We will provide a transparent, detailed and itemised estimate or a fixed-price quote based on the scope of the work, as this will help you make an informed decision. It will include the cost of designs and plans if required, as well as the itemised cost of construction.

4

Accept and pay the deposit

When you are happy with our proposal, we will send you a deposit invoice and schedule your job.

5

Project management and construction

Not only do we specialise in high-end landscape construction, but we also provide expert project management and clear ongoing communication during all aspects of your
build.

6

Maintenance

As an additional service, we can provide ongoing maintenance to keep your garden looking as good as it was the day it was installed.
