Initial meeting

Design concept

After our initial meeting, we begin shaping your vision into a refined design concept. We’ll present detailed plans that bring together the creative direction, spatial layout, and key design elements of your landscape. This includes recommendations for plant selections, materials, and structural features. We’ll fine-tune the details together, ensuring every element aligns with your expectations.

Pricing

We will provide a transparent, detailed and itemised estimate or a fixed-price quote based on the scope of the work, as this will help you make an informed decision. It will include the cost of designs and plans if required, as well as the itemised cost of construction.

Accept and pay the deposit

When you are happy with our proposal, we will send you a deposit invoice and schedule your job.

If you proceed with the project, the consultation fee is credited to your final invoice once the work is completed.
