Garden Maintenance Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum 2-hour booking, and includes travel time to and from site, as well as green-waste disposal.
  • Green-waste disposal fees are additional – if you have an area where we can leave green-waste then we can do so to save you on this cost
  • Ongoing Maintenance plans are open-term but do require a minimum 1 months’ notice for cancellation.

Not necessarily. If you’re comfortable with it, we can arrange maintenance visits while you’re away. We’ll coordinate with you beforehand and ensure all tasks are carried out to your satisfaction.

For small gardening jobs including regular maintenance, we operate on a charge-up basis, with payment due on completion of work. For larger clean-up jobs, we normally require 50% deposit up front.
