When a property developer had a 10-unit multiplex project built in Parkvale, they approached Tauranga Landscaping to deliver the entire landscaping package. The brief covered everything from hardscaping to planting, with the added responsibility of ensuring the site would be easy to maintain long after handover.

The challenge

The development required a full suite of landscaping works, although the plans didn’t fully align with conditions on the ground. Our team needed to coordinate closely with multiple stakeholders – builders, engineers, and council inspectors – while working around other contractors on-site. Careful project management was essential to deliver the project on time with its complexities.

Our team managed the entire residential landscaping process from tender stage through to construction. It included concreting, paving, fencing, decking, retaining walls, instant lawns and extensive planting. By working in close partnership with stakeholders, we could adapt quickly to site challenges while keeping variations minimal.
